Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Card Inventory (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service reads your purchase emails (with your permission) to build and organize an inventory of collectible cards, and provides tools to track cost, calculate sale prices, and log sales. It is an organizational and informational tool.

3. Not financial advice

Cost figures, break-even prices, profit targets, and any values shown are estimates for your convenience. We do notguarantee any card's value, appraisal, or resale outcome, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4. Your account & responsibilities

• You're responsible for your account and for the accounts you connect.
• Connect only inboxes you own or are authorized to access.
• Don't misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, and payment processors). Your use of connected services is also subject to their terms.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans, prices, and billing terms (if offered) will be presented at checkout. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel to stop future charges.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that parsing is error- free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or card value arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
