About My Card Inventory
A more automated way to track your card collection.
Collectors buy and sell cards across a variety of marketplaces, and keeping up with all of it means manually updating a spreadsheet or app every time. It's a lot of work, and it's the first thing to fall behind.
My Card Inventory aims to streamline that process as much as possible, so you can focus on building your collection instead of cataloging it.
What it does for you
Forward a receipt and this part happens on its own.
- Reads the card, the price, the shipping, the fees and the tax out of the email — and splits the shared costs across the cards in an order, so each one carries what it actually cost you rather than its sticker price.
- Recognises a repeat of a receipt you already forwarded, so the same order doesn't land twice.
- Matches a “you sold it” email against the cards you own, records the sale price and fees, and moves it into realized profit. A multi-card order is recorded as one sale, not several.
- Puts every imported card in a review queue first. You approve what enters your inventory; nothing is added behind your back.
What you can do with it
The rest is yours to drive — none of it needs an email, and all of it works on cards you typed in or imported from a spreadsheet.
- Add cards by hand or upload a spreadsheet, with photos, notes and your own tags.
- Group by set, player, sport, or anything you invent.
- Record where each card physically lives — which bin, which slot — and find it again when it's time to ship.
- Log sales, trades and expenses, and watch cost basis and realized profit follow.
- Set each marketplace's fees once, so the profit on a sale is the real number.
- Export everything, any time. It's your collection and your data.
